- Have an active and eligible CS2dex account.
- Have sufficient available balance.
- Complete any verification or security checks required.
- Comply with the Terms of Service.
Funds tied to open positions, pending reviews, or disputes may not be available for withdrawal.
3. Withdrawal Methods
CS2dex supports various withdrawal methods, including crypto wallets. Availability may vary based on your jurisdiction, account status, and payment history.
4. Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are NOT always instant. We may require time to review requests for operational, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
5. Verification and Security Checks
We may delay or reject withdrawals to verify identity, investigate suspicious activity, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Identity verification or source of funds review may be required.
6. Fees and Limits
Withdrawals are subject to minimum/maximum limits and applicable network or platform fees. These are displayed in the withdrawal interface.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all withdrawal details (e.g., wallet addresses) are accurate. CS2dex is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect instructions.
8. Restricted or Refused Withdrawals
We may refuse or cancel withdrawals in cases of failed verification, suspected abuse, sanctions restrictions, or technical issues.
