1. Introduction

Welcome to CS2dex.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CS2dex website, platform, products, services, tools, content, and related functionality made available by CS2dex Platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using CS2dex, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any other policies or documents expressly incorporated into these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Trading Rules, Cookie Policy, and Withdrawal Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use CS2dex.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Platform” means the CS2dex website, dashboard, interfaces, tools, systems, and related services.
“User” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
“Account” means the registered user account created to access the Platform.
“Virtual Items” means in game digital items, including but not limited to CS2 skins, and any price references, indices, or market linked representations associated with them.
“Trading Services” means the functionality provided by CS2dex that allows users to take positions based on the price movements of Virtual Items or related market references made available on the Platform.
“Content” means all text, graphics, logos, software, designs, interfaces, data, and other materials available on or through the Platform.

3. Nature of the Platform

CS2dex is a digital platform that enables users to engage with price movement based trading functionality linked to Virtual Items.

CS2dex is not a bank, broker, investment firm, regulated exchange, gambling operator, financial adviser, custodian, or fiduciary.

Use of the Platform does not constitute the purchase or sale of securities, commodities, derivatives, or other regulated financial instruments unless explicitly stated otherwise by CS2dex in a separate written legal notice.

Virtual Items are digital in game assets or market referenced digital items. They are not legal tender, not deposits, and are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

4. Eligibility

To use CS2dex, you must:

be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
not be located in, resident of, or otherwise subject to any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Platform would be unlawful
not use the Platform on behalf of any person or entity prohibited from using it

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

CS2dex may restrict or refuse access to any jurisdiction, territory, or user category at its sole discretion.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an Account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.

You are solely responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
restricting access to your devices and Account
all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless caused solely by CS2dex’s proven misconduct

CS2dex may require identity verification, source of funds information, enhanced due diligence, or additional documentation at any time for legal, operational, fraud prevention, or risk management purposes.

You may not create more than one Account without our prior written approval.

6. Account Security

You must promptly notify CS2dex if you suspect or become aware of:

unauthorized access to your Account
loss, theft, or compromise of login credentials
suspicious or fraudulent activity

CS2dex may suspend access, freeze functionality, or apply other protective measures if it reasonably believes your Account has been compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

7. Deposits and Account Balances

The Platform may allow you to deposit funds, digital assets, or other supported value instruments into your Account, subject to the payment and funding methods supported by CS2dex from time to time.

Any Account balance displayed on the Platform:

is provided solely for use within the Platform ecosystem
does not constitute a bank deposit
does not earn interest unless expressly stated otherwise
may be subject to verification, holds, adjustments, reconciliation, or restrictions

CS2dex may reject, delay, reverse, or hold deposits where required for compliance, fraud prevention, technical integrity, chargeback risk, sanctions screening, suspicious activity review, or operational reasons.

8. Trading Services

The Platform may allow users to open, maintain, and close positions based on the price movements of Virtual Items or related market references.

By using the Trading Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

trading outcomes may change rapidly
gains are not guaranteed
losses may be substantial and may occur quickly
certain products or mechanisms may amplify gains and losses
pricing, execution, liquidity, availability, and settlement may be affected by market conditions, outages, delays, data discrepancies, or extraordinary events

The detailed mechanics of trading, including position rules, pricing logic, leverage related mechanics, liquidation or forced closure events, fees, and exceptional handling, are set out in the Trading Rules, which form part of these Terms.

9. No Advice and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for assessing whether use of the Platform is appropriate for you.

CS2dex does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any strategy, position, action, or expected result.

Any market data, educational material, commentary, statistics, historical information, or platform insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice or as a guarantee of future outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, positions, losses, tax treatment, and compliance with applicable law.

10. Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees, commissions, spreads, charges, or other amounts disclosed on the Platform or in the Trading Rules or Withdrawal Policy.

CS2dex may modify fees from time to time. Updated fees will apply from the effective date stated on the Platform.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or similar liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, except for taxes imposed directly on CS2dex’s net income.

11. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the Withdrawal Policy, as updated from time to time.

CS2dex may delay, limit, reject, or suspend withdrawals where reasonably necessary for:

identity verification
fraud prevention
suspicious activity review
sanctions or compliance screening
dispute resolution
security concerns
technical or operational issues
prevention of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation

CS2dex does not guarantee that every withdrawal request will be processed instantly or without review.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

violate any applicable law, regulation, sanction, or third party right
use the Platform if doing so is unlawful in your jurisdiction
create multiple accounts without authorization
impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
use stolen payment methods, authorized funding sources, or fraudulent credentials
manipulate pricing, markets, references, or platform activity
engage in wash trading, abusive trading, collusion, exploitative strategies, or other manipulative conduct
exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, loopholes, or unintended system behavior
scrape, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or interfere with the Platform
use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software unless expressly permitted by CS2dex
upload malware, harmful code, or disruptive material
interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform
use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
circumvent controls, restrictions, or technical safeguards implemented by CS2dex

13. Monitoring and Enforcement

CS2dex may monitor use of the Platform for security, compliance, fraud prevention, service integrity, analytics, and enforcement purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

If CS2dex reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms or that your use of the Platform creates legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk, CS2dex may, without prior notice where appropriate:

warn you
restrict your access
suspend or terminate your Account
freeze balances or features pending review
reverse, cancel, or void transactions where permitted by law or the Trading Rules
report relevant information to competent authorities
take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties

14. Suspension, Termination, and Platform Changes

CS2dex may suspend, restrict, discontinue, or terminate all or part of the Platform or your access to it at any time where reasonably necessary.

You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to any open obligations, pending reviews, outstanding liabilities, unresolved disputes, or applicable withdrawal conditions.

Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, disclaimers, or protections that by their nature should survive termination.

15. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and all Content, excluding user submitted content where applicable, are owned by or licensed to CS2dex.

No rights are granted to you except the limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Platform or Content except as expressly authorized in writing by CS2dex.

16. Third Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third party websites, tools, content, services, payment providers, analytics services, or integrations.

CS2dex does not control and is not responsible for third party services, and your use of them is governed by the applicable third party terms and policies.

CS2dex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third party services.

17. Service Availability and Technical Limitations

CS2dex does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error free, secure, accurate, or free of harmful components.

The Platform may experience downtime, maintenance, delays, data feed issues, pricing discrepancies, execution interruptions, or other technical limitations.

CS2dex may perform maintenance, upgrades, patches, emergency interventions, or service modifications at any time.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all related services are provided on an as is and as available basis.

CS2dex disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability.

Without limiting the foregoing, CS2dex does not warrant that:

the Platform will meet your expectations
any position or transaction will result in profit
pricing data will always be complete, accurate, or current
the Platform will always be secure or uninterrupted
defects will always be corrected immediately

Nothing in these Terms excludes any non excludable rights that apply under mandatory law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CS2dex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CS2dex’s total liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the relevant user account to CS2dex during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS2dex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

your breach of these Terms
your misuse of the Platform
your violation of applicable law or third party rights
your fraud, misconduct, negligence, or unlawful activity

21. Consumer Rights and Cookies

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Standard terms that are unfair under applicable consumer law may be unenforceable, so these Terms should be interpreted accordingly.

Use of the Platform involves processing of personal data. CS2dex will process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, non essential cookies and similar tracking technologies will be used only on the basis of valid consent, while certain strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent for essential platform functionality.

22. Updates and Miscellaneous

CS2dex may update these Terms from time to time.

Where required by law, CS2dex will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform, updating the effective date, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

These Terms, together with all policies and documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CS2dex regarding the Platform.

No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from CS2dex. CS2dex may assign or transfer its rights and obligations where permitted by law.
